Refund Policy
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we don't do a refund but we are more than happy to provide a complete support.

Payments
You can pay for your licenses using any major credit card and PayPal.
A valid license grants you access to the latest version of each add-on plugin, updates and priority support over email.
For your security, we do not store your credit card information on our server ever.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Edaraat, or its suppliers or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials offered on this wepsite. Even if Edaraat or an authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of downloads from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Product Support
A valid license grants you access to priority support over email, which covers help with setting up your product and directions on how to use the products. Our support service does not cover help with plugin customization beyond the advertised features.
Changes
Edaraat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
